Improvements

When the ad account is changed on the chat screen in Agent, the user is redirected to the main screen.
Enabled closing modals with the "ESC" key.
Added "Insufficient Balance" warning when the balance runs out and the user tries to use chat or workflow features.

Bug Fixes

Fixed issues in the prompt library search; now the search also includes description and tags.
