Improvements

A status indicator has been added to the beginning of campaigns and ad groups listed in the header.
When "all account" is selected in the header, the disabled state of the campaigns dropdown has been made clearer.

Bug Fixes

Fix the issue preventing campaign selection when campaigns are sorted by a metric in the campaign list.
Fix the dropdown not updating when a competitor is selected in Competitor and then changed from the settings.
Fix the duplicate button being clickable despite appearing disabled when a draft is selected in the campaign list.
Fix the issue causing the ad account selection screen to appear smaller.
Fix the issue preventing users from generating reports.
Fix the issue causing tables in Agent outputs to be cut off midway.
